cause various health problems. They're in the air we breathe, the food we eat and the
water we drink and inevitably accumulate in the body. This overload of toxins on our system
is detrimental to internal bodily processes and can lead to an increased sensitivity to other
chemicals. When you detoxify, you are treating your body to a fresh start.

We offer a variety of detox protocols including our very detoxifying far infrared sauna,
various body treatments and nutritional information. They include the following:
Far Infrared Sauna: Our Clearlight Far Infrared Sauna is one of the best things
you can do for your self to detoxify and help heal your mind, body and spirit.
The gentle healing heat from the infrared sauna will stimulate your cardio vascular,
lymphatic and immune systems. Your bodies response to this is to sweat profusely. It
is estimated that your sweat from an infrared sauna contains 17% toxins
(compared to 3% from regular sweating). Infrared therapy also help jump start your
immune system to keep your body healthy.
Infrared therapy is low temperature therapy. You will enter the sauna at approximate 100-105 degrees.
You will notice that you start to prespiring right away. After about 10-15 minutes you will begin to
sweat profusely. Due to the low temperature and gentle heat you can stay in longer and detox more.
Dry Brushing: This simple treatment helps the skin eliminate toxins/dead cells and stimulates circulation.
It helps stimulate the lymphatic system as well to eliminate toxins through the skin. The Russian, the
Turks and the Scandinavians have used this treatment for centuries.
Dry skin brushing stimulates the lymph canals to drain toxic mucoid matter into the colon,
thereby purifying the entire lymphatic system. This enables lymph to perform its house-cleaning
duties by keeping the blood and other vital tissues detoxified.
