Reservations and Cancellations

For reservations, either book online or call (707) 257-8837. Our Spa Receptionist is happy to assist in planning your spa experience. A credit card is required at the time of reservation. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please allow at least 24 hours notice to avoid being charged in full. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, If there are booked appointments after yours, we will unfortunately have to shorten your treatment time. In any case, our policy is to charge the full treatment price to cover our expenses. No-shows are charged at full treatment rate. Please be advised that Napa Valley is a busy tourist destination, especially on weekends, and it can take more time than you think to travel in the Valley. Our goal is to always provide a wonderful experience for our guests.

Gratuities

Gratuities are left to the discretion of individual guests. We suggest a gratuity of 15 – 20%.

We are happy to serve you seven days a week from the following times:
